Arrived on time and properly packaged as advertised, but ever since unpacking it, it's been one problem after another. First it wouldn't accept automatic transfer from my old iphone, so I had to install everything manually and some things still do not work. Worst of all, the face ID only worked for a few days and since then it does not work any more. I suspect this isn't really an original new iPhone after all but at least I can make phonecalls

The boxed phone in the photo is not the one you get. The box you get is not a real Apple iPhone box. The 1st phone they sent didn’t work properly. The 2nd phone was blatantly not new as the ad states. The screen seemed to bulge around the home button on both. I questioned them if both were refurnished and not new as per ad. I was told they were not refurbished but ex demo. To be fair, they didn’t quibble about the return of the first or refunding me etc,but these are not new phones. Dishonest ad
