Invaluable Resource
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This book is great for anyone who wants complete information about vitamins and minerals. It provides detailed info on all vitamins and minerals considered important for health. You will find what you are looking for quickly in this user friendly guide. Includes RDAs for each vitamin and mineral as well as why it's good for you, what foods have it, and the symptoms of deficiency. Also includes information on how these substances interact when taken together and which vitamins to combine with others for optimal results.
I also purchased the newest edition of this guide and found it to be missing much of the information that is included in the 1991 edition. I would recommend the older version over the newer one as a guide to taking vitamin supplements for regular people in everyday health situations as well as for people with special dietary needs.

Great Special Effects & Music
I loved the idea of combining the magic flute into a modern movie with a separate story line. Mostly because this provides opera lovers with a brand new version of a great opera. The music is wonderful as well as the special effects. The cast was for the most part well chosen and the part of Papageno is exceptionally well done as well as the part of Sarastro. The downside is that the movie's plot seems more for an immature viewer than an adult opera fan. The actress who plays the part of Pamina does a great job with this role but her broken english is not very well done as the character Masha when she is describing her emotional situation to Tom and leaves this viewer a little less than satisified with this part of film. Overall it is definitely worth a viewing just to see what they have come up with in terms a new version of Mozart's "The Magic Flute".

Listen to your CD before you leave feedback!
I decided to buy this CD after reading a review in Costco magazine that said it was Diana Krall's first album and a very good one. Since I had not heard the album and like some of Diana Krall's music but not all of it, I decided to purchase one on ebay that was not too expensive. I received the CD pretty fast and was going on vacation right away so I left positive feedback before I listened to it. The CD ended up having a skip on it and although the music is good I regret having left positive feedback for a CD that skips.
