DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
I used the seatpost 2 times in total. The first time I realized the return speed couldn't be adjusted, so it won't fully extend from the down position. Then the next day I took it to the trail to test it out. And I was VERY disappointed. At the beginning of the trail I went to put it down and I heard a click. It was the internal parts of the seatpost snapping in half. So do not buy this unless you want to waist your time and money. I now have the Thompson 22.7 and I love it.
