Had to get ebay to step and process refund. Would not waste your time.

This happened the last time I bought from this crowd, and pretty much every interaction I’ve had (benefit of the doubt every time) there has been some hiccough, some inconsistency and a general lack of care. Take note of the other negative reviews, they’re not without reason.
