Have tried to contact seller twice with absolutely no response. 48hour delivery has not been achieved as it's now 20 days and still nothing. Ill be avoiding this seller in future.

My apologies. But this seller did not respond to a single message that I sent them’ I can’t honestly believe that this person is still selling on eBay, getting paid and ripping people off like this. I sent personal photos of my family for a blanket for my poor Dad now severally ill in a nursing home and this seller has no compassion or umph to even care to read messages and reply as to why they can’t make it! I can’t even open a case. Looks like someone is query trying to steel my account too

I've never seen such an unprofessional business owner who never responds. If you don't care about your job, you should find a hobby. This is not the right way to handle business. I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from this seller. Please see the attached screenshot for reference.
