More than pleased. The custom painted helmet is perfect. (my 1st concern) & was done super fast. The packaging was also adequate for it's long journey. i.e.. half way round the globe. My only fear was that it would be lost or damaged during shipping which turned out to be unfounded as the box came relatively quickly & unscathed. Miraculously not even the twine (totally unnecessary) beautifully decorating it was intact. I highly recommend. A+
