A distinct look.
I really like the look of these LED taillights on my '16 Colorado. I was hoping to have something to set my truck apart from all the others I see on the road and these did the trick. Really not much to say, straightforward install and they've worked for about a year now through the Minnesota winter. No issues to speak of operation wise.
Install was a little bit challenging because the posts that hold the light into the frame were ever so slightly misaligned. They eventually popped in but the plastic posts needed some time to bend in order to match up with them holes. These LED lights sit about 1-2mm higher than the stock lights did, but honestly I had to look pretty close to notice and it seems within tolerance. I don't really see it now and I would consider myself a perfectionist.
Besides that, I'm glad I got them. The price was right for a pretty striking change in appearance.

A great value for increasing quality in productions.
This TelePrompter is excellent value that paid for itself the first time I used it.
I work as a professional video producer and often have the need for a small, portable prompter that works with an iPad. I use larger cameras like C100s and FS5s, so a rod mount solution was a must. I actually just use the glass and tray portions of this product, as it fits perfectly on my existing 15mm rods and baseplate.
What can I say, this product is easy to use (not true of many portable prompters) and extremely cost effective. I charge a $50 rental for this device and it's already paid for itself. One of my clients even mentioned how great and professional it looked, and was pleased with the size and readability of the text on the glass. I've found a great way to use this product is pairing it with the Duet app for iPad. The app allows you to mirror a laptop screen via USB connection, opening up the ability to edit and control the prompting from much more forgiving and accurate computer applications.
The tray is great, if not a little wider than it needs to be, but everything fits just fine - the adjustment is very quick and works well. The glass frame and rod mount is plastic and is probably the part that worries me the most. A small thumb screw tightens the glass in place as well as secures the frame onto the rods. So far so good though, no issues with standard, occasional use. The rods are of good quality. The camera and tripod mount are plastic and are adequate for lightweight use but I wouldn't mount a bigger camera than a DSLR on it. The glass is clear and sharpness and color looks fine shooting through it. The hood is pretty nice and is shaped to fit with some Velcro to hold it in place.
If you're mostly careful with your gear, and only need occasional use or use this in a studio setting, this TelePrompter should do the trick. It's not built like a tank like some other prompters are, but it gets me a near identical result at a tiny fraction of the cost. I think that if the company that makes this also sold a rod mount only version, there would be many takers as most video shooters have some 15mm rods and base plates sitting around already. Overall, even with some plastic parts, the price makes this a good value for me.

Great camera, fixable defects
3 von 3 finden das hilfreich This is a great camcorder overall: it has a quality lens, good low light (due to a 1/4" CCD), shoots widescreen, and has Sony's stedishot stabilization. The Bad thing: these cameras, along with the TRV22s, have a horrible reputation of going bad. I got mine in perfect working condition, but because of a manufacturing defect, bacame inoperable within 3 days. Luckily for the Sony consumer, there is a solution. Until October 2007, Sony will fix all of these cameras that have the "black screen" condition completely free! I'm not the original owner, and i didn't have to pay for shipping either way. Got it back in 9 days, working fine. So, if you're nevous about getting one of these, remember that you're covered until October.
