I ordered an LG 32LQ63006LA 32" Smart Full HD HDR LED TV, but they sent me a different, cheaper model that also arrived damaged. The back of the TV shows signs of previous installation, even though it was sold as new. This is a complete scam!

We are dealing with the tvs for a long time and surely we are not the scammers. We have made a mistake in the name of the listing but the pictures and the description matches the tv. we are truly sorry for your experience. We understand the way you felt when you have received the damaged tv after weeks as it was sent via the Global Shipping Program, the refund was sorted hours after getting the message. For the future we won't allow sales of fragile products via the Global Shipping Program.
