  Great seller. Item I wanted is no longer sold by Ikea. Seller provided a perfect item that is unused and unopened, just like you'd have bought from Ikea. Packed to incredible standard with added protection. Seller chose best option for delivery to my location and communicated very well about this, and let me know when the package had been picked up by the courier. I would recommend this seller 100%

  I ordered this product in error. I needed a different IKEA lighting lead. Th seller clearly stated that returns were not accepted, so although I was annoyed at my own stupidity, I accepted that I had no recourse to get refund. However the seller contacted me promptly and has now refunded me in full. I am very impressed and would have no hesitation I using this seller again. By the way there was absolutely no problem with the product. Thanks guys.
