The description says that is a SIZE SMALL RING , and was wrong . It was a large ring . We will not be able to use this as it is too big . Why did you put the wrong info I lost money and I can’t use the item Now 😡🧒🧒

Nothing is incorrect about the listing. The ring is a size S, which is the correct alphabetical sizing. This is how rings are measured and sized, and is the way the ring is listed on Monica Vinader's website. Therefore, the information is wholly, 100% correct and not wrong. Nowhere on the listing did I detail the ring as being a size small.

Very disappointed to say that package arrived banged up, and the book corners are now all bent.

This is very unfair feedback. The condition of the box is out of my hands and not my responsibility. As can be seen from numerous other positive feedback reports, I always package by books very safely and well with lots of bubble wrap. That is how the books were sent. If the box itself is damaged in transit, that is completely out of my hands.
