Only for lightweight clothes.
This hanger relies on a plastic clip holding the thin steel rod which rakes the weight of all clothes on the rail. It snaps rendering the entire unit useless. The rail will only carry a light load of clothes such as shirts and blouses, not overcoats.

How long will the batteries be manufactured?
I have a 14 volt Mikita drill which has served me extremely well for 12 years with not a single fault. If am a professionally trained hobby cabinet maker. During those years I have seen the 14 volt range of tooling from Mikita loose popularity in favour of the 18 volt range of battery tools. 14 volt batteries are all but impossible to source now. It worries me that the same decline in popularity of the 10 volt slide on battery will also occur- but much faster than my 14 volt batteries.

Poor quality
Whilst the scissor part of the jack was fine, the two part rod winding handle would not connect together because of poor machining of components. Overall this rendered the jack useless.
