Cycle All Terrain With Brooke Hayward
I've just finished my second week of cycling with this DVD and would recommend it without hesitation. After spinning for several years, then moving too far away to commute to a class, I've been looking for a replacement and this is working well. I particulary like that the DVD offers rides of different difficulties and lengths and allows me to mix and match them to what I feel like doing each day. After not being able to cycle for quite awhile, this DVD has helped me ease back into spinning with the beginner's ride and then moving up to the harder one(s) as I'm ready.
