  I had a bad experience with this seller. I bought a cushion cover from them. A few days later I got a message saying that the courier might've lost the parcel as there was lack of tracking and they suggested either a refund or resending the item. I preferred them to resend the item which they then came back and said it was out of stock so they issued the refund. Literally the next day they had the same cushion for sale again for about £1 pound more of what I paid. Just poor! Disappointing!
