Affordable and good quality
Affordable and good quality, exactly what I would expect from Tojiro. The sharpness out of the box is very good, the blade itself looks great and has a good height so your fingers don't touch the chopping board. Great value.
Negative: The finish on the handle is not great. The end of it was not sanded enoughso there is excess plastic and an empty space.
