The Plains of Passage by Jean Auel
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich I love the Earth's Children series of books by Jean Auel. I had two of them and I recently bought the other three on E-bay. The Plaines of Passage is the fourth in the series. Each one is unique and tells the story of early humans and Neanderthols living at the same time, with a woman named Ayla as the main character. They tell of the discoveries that must really have happened to advance the human population. Each new discovery helped them have a better chance to survive and continue the species. These books are fiction, but I know there is a lot of reality in the stories. If you would like to try these books, start with The Clan of the Cave Bear. It was made into a movie several years ago. I think you will enjoy reading these books.
