  When I ordered a number of singles from a Warhammer lot, a couple of pieces were missing. But after contacting the seller, they sent the missing pieces quickly and everything is whole. Mistakes happen and all we can ask is good customer service in those instances, and my experience was overall a positive one. I would definitely consider buying from them again.

  A bit of a complicated positive review. I received the wrong item. It was similar to what I ordered, so I could how a mistake could occur. The positives: the item shipped quickly, was well packaged, and the return was a painless experience. While it was an unfortunate occurrence, mistakes can happen and the situation resolved smoothly. Still would consider the seller in the future.

  The reason for the good review is because the seller had great communication and seemed to want to provide a good experience. Long story short. There was a mix up with another customer and my order. After the seller trying to have us exchange items via mail, which the seller payed for. And the other buyer for some reason sending back the same wrong item. The seller and I decided I would keep the wrong item and they gave me a partial refund. Luckily it was an item I had some interest in anyway.
