Low cost camcorder
I liked the smallness of it, and the ease of use. It does suck batteries (2 x AA) pretty fast, but that could be during my learning curve, had it on a lot. But really when you think of it, you only may record things for a few minutes at a time. Still, have several spares around for just in case. Also uses batteries when not in use, maybe due to time keeping. But for under $30, you can't go wrong. It does all the basic stuff you'd expect a video recorder to do. Enjoy it, just don't have high expectations.

Old songs, new songs, GREAT performances!
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich What a great DVD, a must for all Pink Floyd and David Gilmour fans. Not only are the performances wonderful, but the bonus features on the second disc are outstanding. Several documentaries, including one following them on tour through Europe.
The concert footage was very well produced. I liked that it didn't have any of the videos that the Pulse DVD has when they play them during the songs. I liked it on Pulse, but it's distracting and I enjoyed their absence on this concert so I could focus on the performances.
They play some favorite Floyd standards, a few old ones dusted off, and the entire "On An Island" CD live. I didn't get into the "On An Island" when it came out, but to see it performed live, inspired me and it's now my favorite Gilmour solo effort.
Richard Wright also performs the entire concert with Dave and an excellent band. They may be in their 60's now, but they still ROCK! Especially Gilmour!
This is a must see.

SONY 300 + 1 disc DVD player

What a great idea to put all my DVD's in it and have access in one place without ever opening cases or searching through drawers. That's what I assumed you could do. And you can, but...... I read the manual section on how the player gets the information from the disc. Just what I wanted, so I wouldn't have to type in every title and rating. One problem though. On every disc I inserted, no information came up. I don't know why. So I decided to not use the player and sell it. I wasn't going to type in the info for every disc! Why does the manual say it reads it from the disc, but it doesn't. It has very good outputs and all the bells and whistles a decent player should have, but the one thing I wanted it to do, it didn't. So I don't recommend it unless you have unlimited time to catalog every disc by hand. I have a family and a job. No time to spare. Not for me. You can attach a IBM keyboard and I'll give it that, but still not going to be worth my time.
