  Item arrived as described. They seem good quality and should last. We did have a small issue with the tracking number but I believe that was on the post office and not the shipper. Communication was extremely prompt. Overall a good experience.

  Good craftsmanship. Ordered XL but probably could have gotten away with L. Was kept informed about shipping date two times since it did not arrive when originally listed, then received updated email with new shipping date and delivery time. From placing the order to receiving it took about a month. Could have used it at a colder rendeazvous earlier but made it since it didn't get to cold.
