Beautiful mat wrapped with care! Arrived in less than a week. Grateful for the many hands that made this possible. The craftsmanship is just superb. The color is not as vibrant as shown but just as lovely. I did down dog to test it out, and my hands and feet do slip. They don't so much in standing poses. This mat might do well in warm/hot yoga classes because the sweat could make the mat feel grippier. "Slip resistant" might refer to the mat staying put wherever you put it.

Thank you for this gorgeous yoga rug, honestly the best choice after using cork and other plastic mats for a long time, its a relief! Its truly non slip and feels like real organic cotton for the touch! Very aurhentic! Fast shipping as well!
