It Does Exactly What Is Says On The Box!
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This is the first of the 10 Minute Solution series I have tried, and to be honest I bought it for 2 reasons: the price, and the title! And I am so pleased I did. This is a great DVD and I can see it working already!!
It has five 10 minute workouts, as described, and each one is quite different though they all target the same areas. Just doing 1 or 2 of the workouts everyday gives you a good amount of excercise, and doing all 5 together is a great high impact workout.
The instructor is also very good; I often find them irritating but she is clear in her descriptions and is very motivational without being fake or pushy!
This DVD is well worth buying, and since trying it I am now going to sample some of the others in the same series.
