  Unfortunately, my small vintage guitar brooch was severely damaged in transit, as the plastic box holding the brooch has been smashed to pieces. Perhaps the packaging was not strong enough for such a tiny item to withstand rough handling during the various phases of international shipping. Upon receiving the brooch I was very disappointed as this was meant to be a birthday gift. I sent photos of the damaged brooch and packaging to eBay, and eBay refunded me in full. Thank you eBay.
