Easy to use
Doesn't taste like berry flavor,but isn't bad tasting either. There are tiny particles, even after i shake it up several minutes. I feel like it does suppress my appetite,but have only taken it for 2 days so far. No side effects that I have noticed.

OK, I've been taking Height Fuel for over 3 months ( on my third bottle ) And I'm so impressed. With some light stretching and a diet change, I've grown almost 1 inch in 2 months! I really thought there was no help for me being in my 30's but there was in this product. I also feel amazing and my body is more limber! I really look forward to taking this every day in the afternoon with lunch and when I travel this bottle goes right in my suitcase. I am a customer for life.
