Shocking experience . The advert says instant download. It took two days, by which time I requested a refund also with no replies. On the second day I got a reply and the download, but having now purchased elsewhere. I asked for my money back as requested. I received nothing but abuse and called a scammer with comments like " Jog on, scammer". What a disgusting way to treat your buyers. In future read your messages and listen to what your buyer is saying, not shout them down and bully them.

This is the most rude, arrogant and entitled person I have ever deal with in 14 yrs of selling. Let get this factually right. 95% of templates are available to download instantly. In this case there was a technical issue with eBay API. Delivery was still within the quoted eBay delivery time! This person did request a cancellation by MESSAGE not a eBay request. I processed the order manually before I read my messages. In that time the buyer DOWNLOADED the item and is using it. Trying to scam me!!
