The only thing I do not like is the flip level is easy to break if you don't hold both sides in with thumb and fore finger so it doesn't break on the flip on or off!!

VERY HELPFUL!
I HAVE AN OLDER BATHTUB. WITH THIS BATH STEP, I CAN STEADY MYSELF AND SLOWLY LIFT MY LEGS ONE AT TIME OVER THE EDGE. ALSO IT IS PERFECTLY HIGH ENOUGH TO NOT OVER EXTEND TO LIFT MY LEGS. GREAT FOR MY ARTHRITIC HIPS AND BACK. THANK YOU.
