  Item sent in a padded envelope-it had been penetrated on one side however a handmade box to fit snug around the diecast box protected the content. Item was not damaged and in good condition.

  The seller had two variants of this car and I specifically chose one with electroplated wheels. They sent the wrong car and the process involved in obtaining a partial refund was long and irritating. The seller advised the car supplied was the more scarce and advised I should be pleased with this. After a number of back and forth messages I had to become quite firm and advise eBay would get involved if they failed to help. Lack of care for their customer or their mistake.
