I ordered 2 bottles but received cheaper items (see pic) instead. I emailed the seller 4 times about the error, I've received no response. This is frustrating as the seller seems indifferent to customer concerns. We're still within the return window, but shouldn't bear international shipping costs for their mistake. The seller's 77% satisfaction rate reflects this lack of customer care. Businesses must ensure customers get what they pay for, especially when correcting their errors.
