Slow system....frustrating to use
I felt the system lagged which was very frustrating. The features were great but when you can't access them quickly due to slowness it takes away from the ease of use. I would not recommend this phone for anyone who has already become accustomed to a smartphone.

Fast shipping, product as described!!
I wasn't sure at first about the "refurbished" product, but glad that I took a chance as this is just like brand new! A couple of minor abrasions on the back of the player but won't be noticeable with case on and on 1/4 inch scratch on the glass but you really can't see it. Very pleased!
