It's only rain proof, (sprinkle proof.)
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This product is rain proof. They don't seal. You have to roll the ends & velcro. if this item is submerged, it will run your belongings. But I rather have this then to wrap my cell in a plastic bag. I wish this item would have had a zip lock style seal.

This perfect to use anywhere and easily put away without it being in your way. It's light compact with smooth tabs to lock everything.
