Disappointed by the product, but seems to work fine.
The print head was not cleaned properly. Ink was still on the print head and the packaging had blotches of ink all around.
This means the print head was not properly refurbished. Additionally, the listing is stated as "manufacturer refurbished", which this is definitely not. I have a hard time believing Canon would approve this sort of workmanship and the packaging is very innocuous considering it's manufacturer refurbished.
My printer will not print on "standard paper mode" but only on "photo paper mode". This is bad for a number of reasons I won't go into at the moment but I was hoping that a new print head would fix this issue. It did not work with this print head either, but I think this is down to my printer and not the print head.
