VERY nice for the price!
I bought this instrument for a friend. I was on a tight budget, and this was about the least expensive bass I could locate. I was VERY pleasantly surprised by the quality of this instrument -- especially the neck and fingerboard. I was expecting to have to adjust the bridge, but I found the intonation and action were quite satisfactory. Perhaps the tone from the pickups was the only thing that was not quite in the same realm as, say, a Fender Precision. But even that was VERY usable. Played this bass for hours before giving it to its intended recipient!

An excellent reprint of a charming book.
This book was inspired by the Wizard of Oz books, but has a charm of its own. The edition is from 1998, and all the artwork is well-reproduced including the 12 color plates.
