Great images, easy to use, this camera hits all the marks.
I was completely surprised by the quality of images taken with this camera. It has the look and feel of Old School rangefinder cameras, including the parallax view when looking through the viewfinder. However, this is a modern digital camera with easily customizing views whether through the viewfinder, or the LCD screen which makes this camera extremely versatile for shooting setups you may need. The images are beautiful when shooting either in Jpeg, or RAW with the added bonus of shooting both at the same time. Shooting with extreme ISO, especially in low light conditions does produce noise in the images, but what I found amazing was shooting in darkness and actually having a decent image to present.
The FujiFilm Finepix X100 is a great camera and fun to use. It does have its quirks, but the learning curve on this unit is easy and intuitive for those starting out, and very useful as a backup shooter for Pros and Amateurs alike.
