  There was some issue with shipping that was beyond control of the seller. I reached out and they replied and did what they could to resolve the matter. After a delay the package was finally delivered. I love the product and would not hesitate to buy from seller again due to the support and quick response I received from them!

  Received the item ok but it didn’t fit, it was far too small compared to normal sizes. Asked the seller if I could send them back and get a bigger size but have received no reply after nearly a week of messages. They were for my brothers birthday present and he’s extremely disappointed now.
