My culinary passion started back then in the late 90's, I started at the bar with some alcoholic skills and right away understood that the kitchen is my place and went out and learned the very basics of it. the journey continues when I started working at hotels and restaurants around the world and experienced variety of cuisines. along the way, I had the urge to get some engagements with people, and El-Al Airlines flight company got me, there I got some qualifications in the management and services area.
