Outstanding product !! The beam is eaxactly as requested with excellent fittings and oil for treating. The steel fittings are easy to use and the cranked nature of them makes levelling and centring the mantle an easy task. Thank you craftwood for you excellent service and product.

I gave the seller and the item 5* as I was unable to give more. The mantel is absolutely superb in all aspects, from the quality of the timber used to the craftsmanship in production, this really will be the focal point of the room. The product itself is beautifully finished as requested. It did arrive with the fixtures missing due to package damage by courier. Because of the robust packaging the beam was in perfect condition. I contacted seller about the issue and they resolved it with no issues. Overall I would still give this a 100% score. Superb product and superb customer service. Thank you.
