Resistance Rubberbands.
These are awesome product and perfect for resistance curls. Shorter than I expected but worked out perfect. Bought another set already for work and home.

MPOW Cheetah
He design of this product is durable and great. Sound quality was quit surprising, great midrange, some bass and wonderful treble. Value, so far this is the best value to product I have experienced in the past 5+ years. I recommend this product for young athletes who like to run. I emphasize on young because the design is for a person with a small head. Negative: The strap that goes to the back of the head to connect them gets annoying and may take some getting use to. That's the only issue I experienced and purchased the MPOW Antelope due to size/length difference. Both are great and my personal experience you would not go wrong with either one. Hope this helps someone.
