  item described as like new, yet has damage to the exterior plastic of the case, i would NOT classify this item as like new when it is CLEARLY damaged. secondly, the seller claims to ship within 3 days of purchase and yet they waited until the last day of expected arrival to ship it out ( a full week and a half), just before i could file a claim with ebay themselves. when i contacted them asking about when it would ship i received no answer. the discs weren't even clean either.
