Linn Does it Again
This pre amp is simply stunning. I linked it with an LK85 power amp and it creates the most sublime music. Bass is very evident and powerful, but never flabby or over blown. The soundstage is huge and envolving. Voices and instruments are suspended in the air in front of you and you will smile over and over again.

Onkyo - Budget Belter
This DVD palyer is an excellent example of how to create a great quality player on a budget price tag. The upscaling, through HDMI, is excellent and the inclusion of a USB port is useful. The build and remote are nothing to write home about, but then they have to cut costs somewhere. What Hi-Fi rate this machine highly and so do I. Buy with confidence and enjoy the superb performance.
