One Word - Outstanding
The blow-by-blow account of mankind's third attempt to land a man on the moon, as told from the prespective of the mission commander himself. The real-life characters of this event leap from the celluiod in a nonstop, action-packed, Hollywood blockbuster, and popularized the term, "Failure is Not an Option". It should be required viewing for every middle school student.

I have read better - But not many...
As a bit of a "history buff", especially when aviation is concerned, I felt slightly short-changed by this book. Maybe I simply had high-expectations for it, none of which were delivered upon. The book has numerous photos, but many of them are of poor quality, or revelant to the text of the book. The text was dry, and has several factual errors hidden in the pages. I'd urge purchasers to choose a different book if considering this as a gift to a pilot or aviator.

One Word - Outstanding
Witty, insightful, and "Calling It How It Is", Scott Adams continues the saga of Dilbert, Dogbert, and the entire bunch. Another fine work from the man who pointed out that incompetent employees are intentionally promoted to prevent them from doing harm. "But Of Course There Are Obvious Exceptions"
