  What I sent for I did not receive. Tried to sort it out with the company but they offered me £ 3. I didn't offer this company less money when I bought it. After a lot of emails I gave up. It was advertised as linen, flowing and beautiful, what I received was a straight blouse not linen at all,, and my eye was to be a beautiful silver blue I got gold and was nothing like picture..

  Leider war von mir eine Falschbestellung. Super nette und umgehende Antwort und entgegenkommenden Lösung. Geld zurück und ohne Rückversand. Ich kann es wohl nicht gebrauchen aber der Umwelt zuliebe besser dass es bei mir bleibt. Kann Verkäufer nur empfehlen. DANKE.

  The shaver head was advertised as a genuine Philips product. However when I used it it caused a severe skin condition and I checked further. I bought the same product from Philips and compared them. The packaging was different, the blades were considerably different. I asked for a refund but the seller has constantly refused and tried to pretend the item is good. He offered a token as compensation but no refund. He has stopped responding.
