  We needed a wheel for a BOB stroller. I purchased one from seller not knowing there were so many different wheels for different models. The seller was considerate enough to help me find our model number and informed me I had bought a wheel that would not work for our stroller. He refunded my purchase and guided me to the correct wheel which I then bought. HREAT, GREAT customer service. Appreciate his communication and guidance. Shipping arrived ahead of estimated date well packaged. Awesome guy

  Thank goodness the seller helped me to get the correct wheel&tire. I had ordered from him but thru his communications he let me know I had ordered an item that would not work with the make and model Bob stroller I was trying to purchase for. He credited my purchase and gave me a link to the one I needed. What GREAT customer service!!! I am thankful for all his guidance. Five Stars all the way. Shipped and arrived in great shape. Doesn’t get any better than this buying on eBay.
