Answered my questions prior to ordering, shipped the day after I ordered, then contacted me to lmk to reach out if I had any issues after receiving it so that they could resolve them. Package arrived in five days time. Item was protected well in bubble wrap and exactly as described: brand new and sealed. The body cream smells absolutely divine and I got it for a steal of a deal!
