  Best star NEVER answered my questions - POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS! Item is cheapy made! First item said shipping was going to be early May 9 then May 16 didn't make sense and Best star did NOT respond to make questions~it FINALLY came today the 10.

  I had paid for a pair of 14K yellow gold 6mm birthstone earrings which they did not send to me but sent me the wrong pair which happened to be $20.00 something dollars less than what i paid for and i was still willing to keep the wrong ones and reorder and pay for the right ones i wanted minus the difference that i already had paid!! I haven't heard anything back about my over pay or selling it to me for my credit paid to them already.oh 1 other thing they have my family"s last name {BEST}.
