Very quiet and cool, but takes some experience to install
Installed on a Reference Radeon R290; needed a dremel in order to make certain parts fit (some of the vram coolers). The thermal adhesive tape isn't very sticky; I wasn't confident it'd hold the heatsinks so I've used other tape.
The cooler is very quiet (barely audible at 100% fan speed) and under full load, the R290 is 34 degrees cooler than using the stock cooler. I'm very happy with the item, but the installation is not for the feint-of-heart :)
