Old box, not sure age of filters

3,500 miles and counting
I installed Continental Travel Contact Urban Bike Tires 26x1.75 on my 1995 Trek 950 Singletrack for urban riding five years. I weigh 200 lbs, ride with panniers, and inflate them to 75 lbs.. Just clocked 3,500 miles on them and they look to be only 50% down on the rear tire. Amazing. In the past 20+ years, I have had 5 different tire sets on this bike and none of them except the German made touring tires even came close to this. NO FLATS. I am using Mr. Tuffy 25x1.75 Silver tire liners and Bontrager thick mountain bike inner tubes. Even ran over a carpet tack strip that stuck to the Duraskin in Richmond, CA. All the way home, I had the fear I was losing air. That was 2,500 miles ago. The tires are 5 years old now and I may need to replace them just for that. Maybe not.
I highly recommend these tires.
