Hand Cuffs.
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich The cuffs are fine for home use but if you tried to use them at work you'll probably get laughed at or written up. They are of such low quality that it wouldn't be safe to use them on an arrestee. If they are "designed for official police use" like it says on the box, they aren't built for it. They are more the quality I expect to find next to the nun-chucks at the flea market.

All functions locked
This phone is a paperweight until its activated. It won't hook to wifi or Bluetooth and it won't even accept an sd card. The camera wont work and even the wallpapers are locked.
I just wanted it for a camera and note pad for work but thats not going to be possible without a full plan activation. I checked into that and It is just too expensive to seriously consider doing.
So this product wouldn't be a good value if it was free. Very aggravated at the moment, because this device has been functionally disabled.
