Absolute Disgrace. Purchased 2nd May royal mail 48 hour postage. After a week I contacted to find out where the item was as it hadn't been dispatched. Reply said I had to wait until 14th may because they are busy! Took further action through eBay on 16th may asking for a refund. Today, one day before I can claim my money back through eBay buyer protection, they dispatch the item. What are they playing at? AVOID AT ALL COST

ordered May 1st, arrived May 16th. I saved a couple of pounds ordering this item from this seller but I had to wait 2 weeks for them to send it out. I contacted them after one week and they didn’t apologise. I contacted them after 2 weeks and they didn’t reply. My advice is to buy from somewhere else. The item was as advertised, my one star review is for the despatch and customer service.
