Definately catches your attention, would read more from this author
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Where to begin with this book. Soon to be a motion picture. This book follows a fictional account of Lincoln's life. Beginning with his youth and ending with his death....so it would seem. It's a very well written, and blends in real life events in Honest Abe's life with slightly askew revisions. I thoroughly enjoyed the book. It's not as action oriented as some other vampire books, but that doesn't seem to take away from it at all. You'll become thorougly engrossed in this book if you're a fan of vampires, the supernatural, the civil war era, or just well written alternate reality fiction.

Pleasantly surprised
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I never write reviews, but I thought I would. I already had one kayak and wanted a second. I have an attached 1 car garage so limited room. I purchased this so I could store both kayaks. Really simple to install. I drilled two holes, screwed in the bolt hooks. This holds two 10 foot kayaks with no problems. Both kayaks are held by their own set of snaps so I can release the top or bottom, depending on which kayak you need to take down. Cleared up floor space, kayaks are safely stored, I'm a fan.

Cult Classic still holds it's charm
3 von 4 finden das hilfreich Bruce Campbell and Sam Raimi in their first major production together. These high school friends put together an enduring cult classic that is still popular today. With over the top humor and classic "Gore" scenes, it remains a strong choice even today. This movie spawned a more expensive remake, The evil dead 2, and it's sequel, Army of Darkness. Bruce Campbell shows some lack of acting experience here, but makes up for it with his trademark animated character, facial expressions, and quirky humour. A definate must own for any horror fan, as this film really shows what an independant group with very little financial backing could do if given the chance. If you're a fan of this genre, it remains at the top of my list with 4 out of 5 stars.
