An excellent upgrade option
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This is my first experience with an SSD and so far I am really impressed. The Windows 7 HDD performance rating increased from 5.9 to 7.8 out of a max 7.9 score. Boot up time is about a third of what it was with standard HDD. Overall my laptop is noticeably faster and more responsive in every way.
Take the time to Google for some SSD tweaks to get the most out of the drive, the changes I made increased the performance rating 0.1 so it's worth doing.
Obviously only time will tell as far as SSD reliability goes as these drives are new to the market. I've only had the drive a couple of days so can't comment.
