Item was described as “unopened new in box” and it may have been but it arrived to me with the single use top torn off which may have been due to improper shipping. Otherwise fast shipping and arrived as described.

I'm really sorry about that. I've shipped many of them the same way and yours is the 1st problem I've heard of. It doesn't move around in the box, so not sure how that happened, but I'll have to add some more box filler next time.

Nice bag. I wish a few of the pockets were more square in shape, but it all works. The side pockets could be a bit bigger. Really have to stuff to get a jacket in. Overall, good bag for the price
