Fact-Pattern: Paid - 7/16. Est Del btwn 7/22-7/26. No item by 7/30. Messaged Seller. Response from Seller: "It will ship tomorrow. I must offer my sincere apologies. It said you paid and I was expecting it to be in my account but I now realize that is not the case. It has been years since I sold on eBay. Again my apologies." I requested status of shipping on 8/4, 8/10, 8/17 and 8/21. No response from Seller. Reported Non-Receipt of Item 8/24 to Ebay. Refunded <1 hour. Conclusion?

Should be titled I am NOT Legend
Overall I would give this movie a C+. I have friends that loved it and highly reccomended it but once I watched it I wondered why. The plot of the movie reminded me of any of the Living Dead flicks. You know infected humans eating other humans and raw meat. Most scences were odd but I decided that the reason it was reccomended to me was because of the special effects. The mutated/infected humans jumping, running and attacking looked amazing. Will Smith's character talking to mannequins and asking them out was very silly. The ending was missing something which made you feel as if it were not a complete story line. If you are looking to watch something to just pass the time I would suggest it, but if you are looking for something engaging I would suggest finding another movie.

I prefer the television show to the movie. I think the television shows are more fun and are more creative than the movie. I am not sure what I expected the movie to be but it was a bit of a let down...starting with spider pig.
